In der Nähge gibt es viele Ausflugsziele und Freizeitmöglichkeiten, eine Wasserskianlage, eine Sommerrodelbahn, Reitställe, etc. Im Ort ist ein Skigebiet und eine Winterrodelbahn mit Flutlichtanlagen. Das Haus liegt nur knapp eine halbe Stunde entfernt von einem der größten österreichischen Skigebiete "Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser".

Simple, small wooden house in Fischbachau, located on a quiet, low-traffic street. Unobstructed views of cow meadow and mountains, hiking trails start right behind the house. In addition to beautiful hiking opportunities, Fischbachau offers a warm outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and mini golf course as well as the pilgrimage chapel Birkenstein. The famous Café Winklstüberl is a 30-minute walk via the Panorama hiking trail. Schliersee and Spitzingsee are just a few minutes away by car.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

In the spacious new bathroom, you can relax in the bathtub or refresh yourself under the floor-to-ceiling rain shower. A small balcony in the courtyard overlooking the forests of the adjacent Dandlberg invites you to linger. You can conveniently park your car right in front of the apartment door.

Cozy and modern furnished first floor apartment with 55 m² in a representative Art Nouveau house from 1909. The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
