Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Everything was suitable, and it was also clean. The only thing I would perhaps have to complain about is that the position of the TV is a bit uncomfortable, as you have to sit on the bench, but I don't know how to position it differently due to the small space. Currently, there is also a construction site, which means that the water is not of drinking water quality, but we were kindly given more than enough mineral water to drink for our stay at check-in!

We had a wonderful time at Wörthersee and Martina‘s house was a fantastic base for us and a home from home. The kids enjoyed the table tennis and table football and granddad the shade under the trees in the garden. The views are stunning and the walk to the beach through the woods was special.

The apartment is amazing. Absolutely as good as new, clean and furnished in a modern style. There's nothing missing. The kitchen is well equipped. The private beach is the icing on the cake. Tanja and Andreas are great hosts who gave us very good restaurant and excursion tips. We plan to come back!

We were greeted in a very friendly and warm manner and provided with good tips. The host is super helpful! There is a free swimming area nearby, which is great. In the accommodation you have great views with mountain panoramic views. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need.

We stayed here for five nights as a group of six. I was so so impressed by the place! A remarkable host, going above and beyond what he needed to do. We had a lot of questions to which he answered them all flawlessly. Gave some amazing recommendations! The place itself, wow, with no boats allowed near the private lakeside area, swimming without any interference was truly special. The property is beautiful, really authentic and full of charm, it was everything we could have hoped for and plenty of space for all of us. Any issues Gustav was more than happy to help and ensured we had a great stay. He also has a lovely dog! Also those staying here for the Ironman, big recommendation for access to the best roads, swimming and running!
