Zum Zentrum nach Ellwangen sind es ca. 2,5 Kilometer, fußläufig in etwa 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt mit Bäckerei sind ca. 1200 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Landesgartenschau 2026 ist zu Fuß in ca. 800 Metern zu erreichen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Premium Boxspringbett mit 180x200cm.
