The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a wellness tub, a cosy living room and a dining area. The two bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed.

Offenburg with many shopping facilities is only a 5 minute drive away and can also be reached easily by public transport. Nearby is the winegrowers' cooperative Durbach as well as the heated outdoor pool with miniature golf course. Also the physical well-being is not neglected in Durbach with its numerous restaurants.

In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.
