The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Von hier aus bringen Sie die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in wenigen Minuten zur Oberhausener Mitte und zum Bahnhof, ins CentrO oder nach Mülheim.

Auf ca. 27qm befindet sich eine kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, ein 1,40cm großes Bett, sowie eine Couch und ein kleiner Essbereich. Im ausreichend großen Bad mit Fenster befindet sich eine Dusche. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im wunderschönen Ruhrgebiet. Von hier aus werden schnell verschiedene Fahrradtrassen erreicht und die Umgebung kann per Rad erkundet werden.
