We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Ulrike's house is the best place we've stayed in Europe in so many years (maybe not one of them), her home is like a paradise, the environment is very beautiful, and it makes you feel the beauty of being in nature. At the same time, Ulrike and her family are very kind and friendly, friendly and enthusiastic, and can always help us solve any housing problems in time. At the same time, the free time will give us the opportunity to prepare local specialty pastries and food, which is great👍. In short, we had a wonderful holiday at Ulrike's house, and we will definitely come back if we have the chance in the future, and we also strongly recommend other friends to stay at their house if they have the chance🏠👍👍

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and located in a quiet residential area with free street parking. Few snacks/takeaway restaurants, as well as a supermarket are within easy walking distance. The hostess was very friendly and provided us with all the important information in advance and very uncomplicated. Overall a very pleasant stay :)

I was staying with Francesco and Michaela for one night as part of a multi-day bike trip. Francesco welcomed me very kindly and is just a super nice person. The apartment is top. It is actually a complete apartment with cooking facilities, a living room, a large bedroom and a great bathroom. It was all very clean and well organized. I felt totally comfortable right away and would definitely come back if I was in Essen again. Thanks again to Francesco for the great accommodation and the nice contact.

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. My husband and I stayed at Willi's place for two days. The apartment is quiet and central. There is not only everything you need, but also some beautiful and original, also an interesting selection of books. We particularly liked Willi's warm hospitality. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was very nice and as described, despite earlier than planned arrival, everything went smoothly.

We stayed in the apartment for one night and we didn't miss anything. We felt right at home and it was extremely clean. Nearby is a bus stop, so you don't have to rely on the car. The pizzeria on the corner is also recommended 😉

The three of us stayed at Corinna's place for three days. Even before that, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment in which everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. Me, my husband & 9 month old stayed in Ulf & Charlottes apartment and it was honestly wonderful. Beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. We always try staying at Jürgen's place when we are visiting our hometown Mülheim. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay, with enormous flexibility from Kathi and Marcel. Our car had broken down, so we had to wait for a repair. Fortunately, we were allowed to check out an hour later. The residence has a good location close to the tram stops or bus stops. Furthermore, it was very clean and equipped with all comforts! We will definitely come back again.
