Our home is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking directly in front of the house. A 5-minute walk away, a forest area with pond invites you to take a walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center are less than a km away. A bus stop with connections to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is a few minutes' walk away. You'll appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness, and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers.

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Walking distance to the trade fair, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located close to the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise pollution until 11 pm.

The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40 x2m) and walk-in closet. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our house or by short driving distance.
