Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment is located in an old schoolhouse from the 19th century, it is the old teacher's apartment. The apartment was lovingly renovated and is about 50 sqm. It's decorated in a shabby look. Direct access to the private garden with seats offers space to relax. Parking is in front of the door. There are no steps inside the apartment. There are no shopping opportunities in the village.

Our compact 70 m² apartment on the 2nd floor can accommodate up to 4 guests and is ideal for relaxing vacations. The apartment includes a cozy living area, a double bedroom and another with a loft bed. Linens and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious bathroom. In addition, an infrared cabin/heat cabin invites you to relax.

In the middle of the wine village of Weigenheim is our apartment with about 35 square meters, perfect for two people. In the bedroom with adjoining bathroom there is a double bed which can also be converted into two single beds. The combined kitchen/living room is equipped with a spacious kitchenette. A third person can be accommodated there. Meals not included.
