There is also a fold-out sofa in the living room. Modern new kitchen with all cooking utensils. There is one bathroom with shower and toilet. And a separate guest toilet. Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Our apartment is on the first floor of our house. On approx. 90 square meters, we offer you a cozy 3-room apartment to feel good. It has 4-5 beds and invites you to relax. The apartment is located in a central yet very quiet street in the center of Appenweier. Appenweier is a municipality in the Ortenau district located between the Black Forest and Strasbourg. The transport connection is perfect for exploring many excursion destinations and attractions in the area.

Right on the vineyard in the heart of Sasbachwalden

In a two-minute walk, you are in the romantic flower and wine village of Sasbachwalden. It is characterized by well-kept half-timbered houses, which are embedded in magnificent vineyards. Our guests are welcome to use our sunbathing lawn with sun lounger. The municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.90-2.20 p.p./night (to be paid on site). Free use of bus & train as well as free entrance to the beautiful outdoor swimming pool are just a few advantages.

The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace. Josef lives in the house together with pot-bellied pig Wilhelm and our cats Indie, Hera and Odin🐷 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

Our “Talblick Vacation Rental,” renovated in 2022, is located in our old, original Black Forest farmhouse with stunning views of Oberharmersbach and Brandenkopf. Secluded yet close to the center, you can enjoy your vacation here. Hikes and bike tours can be started right outside the front door. A Penny food discounter is within walking distance (600 meters). Excursion destinations such as Europa-Park, Vogts farms, Triberg, ... are easily accessible.
