The Landesgartenschau 2026 is about 800 meters away on foot. In the bedroom there is a premium box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm.

Enjoy your stay at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located with a separate apartment entrance in our modern apartment building in the best location. Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. It is lovingly renovated and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a stove and is equipped with everything you need. The apartment has a separate entrance and is just minutes from Carl Zeiss, as well as the city center. This apartment is perfect for 1-2 people. In the bedroom is a bed with a size of 160 × 200 cm. Linens and towels are included.

Our apartment is a good starting point for excursions to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km).
