Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated three-sided courtyard. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are just a 30-minute drive from the city centre of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren- Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havelland cycle path crosses our village.

By car, you are directly on the Berliner Ring or in the center of Oranienburg in a few minutes. Dear guests, My property is located in a detached house in the quiet Falkensee. The adjacent Falkenhagener See invites you to swim in summer and ice skate in winter. In the nearby forest you can relax or cycle into the beautiful surroundings. In front of the front door, bus 652 runs in a few minutes to Falkensee train station. With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for the production of flour and animal feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building.Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².
