This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

With the regional train you are within 15 minutes drive to the city of Berlin. Or, as a driver, you can use the Park & Ride at the train station.

Near Berlin, at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for the production of flour and animal feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building.Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².

The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 meters away. There are no noisy businesses in the residential area. The network of bike paths is well developed, and a restaurant serving meals is within walking distance, about 250 meters away.
