Beautiful apartment overlooking the old town of Bad Brückenau. The apartment consists of a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower and living room. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out as a bed with a mattress, so that a third person or children can be accommodated. Bad Brückenau is beautifully located and offers excellent hiking opportunities in the Rhön. Grocery stores, bakeries, butcher, pharmacy, ice cream parlors and several restaurants are within walking distance.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Hiking in summer and skiing in winter - four different ski slopes are between 25 and 40 minutes away by car.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. The cozy 50 sqm apartment is located in the annex of our single-family house with private access. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, wardrobe and TV. The open living/dining area is equipped with a corner couch, closet and TV, dining table and kitchenette. Two more people can sleep on the couch (140 cm). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people. (Dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bread slicer)
