Es liegt am Ortseingang an einer typischen Dorfstraße und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Natur und Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Unsere angrenzende große Wiese mit Büschen und Obstbäumen liegt am Rand des Landschaftschutzgebietes und dem Seeanger. Der Seeburger See mit Gastronomie ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

On about 75 m², a spacious, modernly furnished eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax. The fast fiber optic connection also makes comfortable working possible.
