Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

The modern, tastefully designed interior is not only stylish but also functional, ensuring maximum comfort. Ideal for exploring Würzburg or staying near the university hospital!

Tiny House Hubsi with outdoor bathtub and sauna

Hubsi is our 6.6 m long and 3.2 t heavy tiny house, which we designed and built ourselves. The special feature is that the sleeping area is located under the living room. In front of it is our Tiny Tube wood-burning stove, which makes it cozy and warm in winter and creates a special atmosphere. A small bathroom consists of a dry separation toilet and a shower made from an Italian red wine barrel - which is definitely an extraordinary shower experience.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Kick back and relax in your quiet, stylish accommodation overlooking the countryside. Your accommodation is located approx. 5 minutes' walk from Leopoldina Hospital and approx. 20 minutes walk to downtown. In the immediate vicinity there is a bakery, a butcher, a deli and a pharmacy. The nearby wildlife park invites you to take leisurely walks.

Gemütliches Studio (27m²) in Würzburg-Versbach mit sehr guter Anbindung in die Innenstadt (10-15 Minuten mit mehreren Buslinien). Spielplatz, Bäcker und Restaurants sowie ein Wäldchen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die neue Einbauküche (Juli 2025) mit Backofen und Kühlschrank lädt auch zu längeren Aufenthalten ein.
