Welcome to Flond (Obersaxen/Mundaun), a centrally located village (5 min. from Ilanz) in the Bündner Bergen. In summer hikes around the mountains, bathing in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta) and the perfect place to relax. Mountain bike enthusiasts are also taken care of, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes await you in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area and a cross-country ski run is also located directly in the village.

If you are flexible in terms of time, you are welcome to request cheap periods from me (prices vary greatly seasonally). My cottage is a drug-free zone for energetic reasons.

Cozy apartment in a quiet location with direct access to the ski lift. In short, the ski day starts in front of the house and ends in front of the house. Good starting point for beautiful winter hikes, sledding and skiing days. The Rufalipark (lake, tennis court, ice rink, fitness room, dining restaurant and a children's indoor and outdoor playground) is a 5-minute walk away.
