The oldest listed half-timbered building in the village. Purchased in 2021, completely gutted and restored in stages. Historical building material (clay, straw, sand, reeds, marble, granite, sandstone) combined with modern style elements resulted in merging room zones by exposing the entablature and wall openings. Open and brightly exposed through numerous windows, the apartment is located behind and above the house level. Enjoy the natural garden. Pure nature up close: hiking, biking, philosophizing, etc.

Feel good in the half-timbered house with garden

Enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful place. The half-timbered house from 1799 was newly renovated in 2022. On the first floor, a small, fine apartment was created. It has a large entrance area, a combined kitchen/living room with sofa bed (1.40 m), a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. A cozy spot in the garden invites you to linger. In the village, there is a bakery, butcher, grocery store and a restaurant within walking distance. There are also numerous bike and walking trails.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Hauenstein is surrounded by sandstone rocks and ideal for exploring the Palatinate Forest – whether it's hiking, biking or simply enjoying nature. The premium hiking trail “Schusterpfad” can be reached in 5 minutes.

Venez vous ressourcer dans notre cabane perchée (non accessible aux personnes à mobilités réduites, échelle de meunier) avec vue sur nos chèvres miniatures, nos minis ânes, nos minis poneys, notre cochon, déconnection totale mais avec très bonne couverture réseau (au cas où) 😀. Vous pourrez profiter d’un véritable SPA sur la terrasse de la cabane. ⚠️ La cabane n’est pas adaptée aux enfants en bas âge. À 20 min de Strasbourg, 15 min de Haguenau, 10 min de l’Allemagne.

Bedroom with large box-spring bed. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen. Individual and very tasteful decor with special unique items. Quiet suburban location, center with all shops and diverse gastronomy 10 minutes walk. Conclusion: beautiful lovingly designed oasis.

Vacation home "JungPfalzTraum" in the Palatinate Forest

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

The slightly different room

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Ideal for a relaxing overnight stay after a strenuous hike or bike ride. However, the really small room is not suitable for a longer stay as there is no TV or a comfortable sofa. The spacious double bed is right at the entrance and fills almost the entire room (see pictures)
