The 150 sq. m large chalet stretches over 2 levels. A spacious dining area with a new kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven & microwave. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with balcony access, in one of the two bedrooms there are single beds. Another bathroom with shower and bathtub is also on the upper floor.

Our house is about 300 years old - a typical allgäu wooden settler house, of which there are fewer and fewer. We have lavishly restored it ecologically and equipped with all the modern comforts you want: ceramic stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, oversized shower, washing machine, wifi, etc. If you heat with wood in winter, it smells comfortable in the whole house. Clay plaster provides a comfortable room climate. Right at your doorstep you will find a bakery and dairy.
