We offer a spacious architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden in a hillside location. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps. Our house is allergy-friendly. The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

Well-coming in the beautiful Memmingen. The apartment is located in the quiet district of Dickenreishausen, surrounded by beautiful forests with walking paths. Here you can enjoy the idyll of the Allgäu. The Memminger-Innenstadt is only 10 minutes away by car and invites you to stroll through the historic old town. Due to the good transport connections (highway, train & airport), the region is easily accessible and attractive for excursions e.g. to Munich, Lake Constance or the Alps.

The Eisenkopf apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a wall unit and a TV. In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

My place is located in the foothills of the Alps with fantastic views of the Alps, just a few kilometers from Neuschwanstein Castle. The rural area offers many leisure activities and swimming lakes. Eisenberg is a great location for excursions (hiking, cycling, motorcycling, etc.) Many restaurants are within easy walking distance. You'll love my place because of the cozy wooden house with comfortable amenities.

Luxurious 2-room suite (approx. 110 m²) with underground parking space. The location is very central in the heart of Kempten, right next to the pedestrian zone. The apartment is on the 4th floor, which you can easily reach by elevator from the underground car park. Living room and bedroom offer a beautiful view of the city towards the north and east. Ideal for couples, families and business travelers.

My place is close to Bregenzerwald, art and culture, restaurants and food, great views, Lake Constance, bike paths, Nailfluhkette, Nordic Sport Park, Alpsee, Oberstaufen. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the view. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Since our renovation in autumn 2018, our house has received a new facade and a new 30m² terrace for the apartment.
