In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Das 40 m² große Design-Apartment „Alpenglühen“ bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Gäste und überzeugt mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und einer besonders gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Im Apartment habt ihr Bergblick auf die im Alpenglühen leuchtenden Gipfel. Vom Balkon aus habt ihr einen beeindruckenden Fernblick auf die höchste Gipfelkette des Allgäus. Für euren guten Schlaf gibt es ein bequemes Queensize-Boxspringbett mit Bettwaren auf Hotelniveau. Für den dritten Gast gibt es ein gemütliches Sofa.

A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 1,400 sq. ft., 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
