Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt zentral im Herzen von Obervellach und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Skifahren, Winterwandern, Ponywanderungen und Naturerlebnisse im Mölltal – auch für nur eine Nacht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Wir wohnen im oberen Stock des Hauses. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

The approx. 60 m² apartment is located in our family home, right on the Alpe Adria Trail, surrounded by Alps and invites you to feel good! Several ski resorts such as Mölltal Glacier, Ankogel or Goldeck are approx. 20 minutes by car from the apartment. The apartment is separately accessible in the staircase so that you can fully enjoy an undisturbed vacation!
