In the 75 sqm apartment, there is a bedroom with a double bed and baby cot and a large living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.

The courtyard/forest-like garden, which is over 600 square meters, is completely fenced. The Appelbach flows right through the middle of the small village. Dogs also like to use it for bathing.
