Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine town of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. Better drink the last glass of wine upstairs! Bakery, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, train station all within walking distance.

Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

We warmly welcome you to the wine village of Theilheim. You can't get any closer to nature. The nearby Baroque city of Würzburg can be reached via a scenic bike path (about 10 km). The approximately 32 m² one-room apartment was newly renovated in 2024 (max. for 2 people). Extensive amenities include an oven, dishwasher, 43-inch QLED TV, digital radio, hairdryer and much more. Linens and towels are provided during your stay. Bread service is optional.

Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

We welcome guests with children. You are also welcome to bring your dog! We are waiting for you right at the Mainschleife, very idyllic and yet central. A70, A7 and A3 - each 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen and Schweinfurt each 23 km The vacation apartment is on the first floor. We ourselves live on the upper floor of the house. Beautiful spacious apartment  for the whole family The 3-room apartment (for 1 to 8 people) is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The apartment has about 95 m², with a terrace with approx. 45 m² and a balcony with 6 m². Pets are welcome here. For each animal we charge a one-time fee of €70 per animal.
