Holiday rentals with a patio in Oconee County

Beautifully decorated, recently renovated condo unit which was Perfect for parents weekend at UGA. Close to 5 Points with many dining options and also the GA Botanical Gardens. Great location for downtown activities as well. Super clean and well furnished.

We had a great stay with a large family group. The two units were a good setup for us. The area is convenient to just about anything you want to do in Athens. I really liked the memory foam mattress in my room, very comfortable and slept great. Kitchen was convenient for our needs. Would stay here again!

Great location, kind host, and very clean and comfortable accommodations. EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Slept so well on my trip! Definitely will book again when I come back to town.

Teri's place was a dream! The unit overlooked the most beautifully landscaped zen garden with windchimes and was so peaceful! Also I loved how well it was stocked with everything you could think of including water, drinks, coffee even half n half in the fridge, breakfast bars, snacks etc! there was also a sound machine on the bedside table and a book listing the local recommended restaurants and things to do. She really thought of everything to make you feel at home and I would highly recommend her place!

The place was beautiful, just as described, and very comfortable for an extended stay. I felt as well at home there as I do in my own place. Some other reviews have mentioned difficulties in communication or the particulars of check-in, and I did experience some inconsistencies when communicating with different team members about exactly how I was going to get the entry fob—my impression was that their internal communication was imperfect. Once I had the correct clear instructions, though, the check-in and everything else was a breeze. I had a great stay and would not hesitate to spend an extended stay at the same place again. I paid less for a better place than my friends who were in hotels.

I loved my stay at Jess's place! The apartment was comfortable, clean, easy to find, very cute. Great parking, beautiful quiet neighborhood and very conveniently located, lovely back porch. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Was perfect for a weekend stay while attending a wedding. 10/10

Bryan’s cozy condo was perfect and very comfortable for our family. My daughter declared her bed was so comfortable she never wanted to get out of it! It was very quiet, peaceful and convenient to the campus. I felt safe and went for a run every day. The condo was stocked with all of the amenities needed to make our stay great. Would highly recommend!

This was our second stay for three of us. We were delighted to be able to return. We had a new fourth person who was delighted with what she experienced. It was great to be familiar with the house and location since two of us arrived about 10:30 P.M. in a thunderstorm. The front porch was great to have so close for unpacking the car in the rain.

Awesome place for a group of people! We had plenty of social space. Loved how the kitchen seemed to be stocked well with pots, pans, and even some ziploc bags which came in handy for us in a pinch! It is right off a main road, but that didn’t impact our stay at all. Would highly recommend!

This is one of the cleanest & most adorable Airbnb’s we stayed in. The decor was simple & warm. Every measure was taken to provide comfort & anticipate needs right down to coffee & snacks. There was a large fenced yard with lights, bbq & outdoor seating. The home was perfectly appointed w vaulted main space & 2 bedroom/2bath! The price point was fantastic for a college town on a busy weekend. Literally, the only thing that must be noted is the people in adjacent lot in tents. They were not disruptive, just making themselves at home in a residential area. The owner stated he is taking action to address them. The owner has taken every measure to provide the property with tight security & lights! We would not hesitate to stay here again if returning to Athens.

Brian was a fabulous host. This house is set on a beautiful lot in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the 5 Points Area, I would reccommemd the walk as parking can be difficult btbthe restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for our needs, immaculate, and 100% as described! Lucy is phenomenal and super responsive, very welcoming to our family and super helpful! I cannot speak highly enough of Lucy and her home.

Internet doesn’t pick up and can’t watch t.v. Other than that the work she’s done is beautiful.

Rachel is a great host! Athens is a fantastic area with a busy nightlife, and we really appreciated being able to stay in a private residence with ample parking. (The driveway was a little tricky to find.) The house is older, but clean. There is one bathroom which is adequate for family of 2-4. The vibe is comfortable and cozy. There’s a bright sunroom, just like at your grandmother’s, that’s perfect for reading or getting in your yoga routine. : ) Had it not been raining we would have enjoyed spending time in the large backyard. We did get to walk around the neighborhood which is friendly and a nice workout. Thank you Rachel!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom condo near Athens and UGA! The space was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with stylish furnishings and all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like extra towels and fast Wi-Fi. The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short drive to downtown Athens and the UGA campus, but in a quiet, safe area that made it easy to relax after a day out. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The place was very clean and loved the coffee in the morning! It’s about 1 mile from the stadium and I was expecting it to be just a little bit closer. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend.

His place was perfect and very cozy. It was well furnished with all modern appliances and decorations giving it a feel of home and is in a convenient location to the UGA campus and the downtown area. Recommend staying here and would do so again in the future.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with good parking facilities. Various restaurants in Athens Downtown are easily accessible. The apartment is very nicely furnished and has a great terrace. Larkin was a very friendly and proactive host and always easy to reach. Hope to come back again!

This was the perfect space for our visit to Athens - nestled off of one of the main streets. It was convenient, minutes away from campus, clean, comfortable, clutter-free and provided all the amenities needed. Would stay again!

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
