Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ocracoke Island

Keith was very welcoming, the Sea Monkey did not disappoint. We were in town for the 5k/ half marathon. Felt cozy and right at home. Everything you need is here. Got a good workout in before the beach thanks to his weight set, he also has a great collection of Willie Nelson/ CSNY albums to spin on his record player. He recommended some great restaurants and has a vast knowledge of Beautiful Ocracoke. We sadly weren’t able to partake in his kite surfing lessons but I’ve heard he’s a top notch instructor. Next time! Because there will be a next time. Thanks again ol Buddy !

Fantastic place to stay on the water in Atlantic, NC

The space is great. Perfect for a family of 4 if your kids don’t mind sharing a bed. Bedroom is plenty spacious worst case to add a twin air mattress if you need. Plenty of space in kitchen and great patio off third floor. Highly recommend.

Clean and spacious Air BnB right in the center of it all. Beach access across the road, everything you need within a two to 5 minute drive! We will definitely be back! Daniel was very responsive and made great recommendations as well.

first time my wife and kids saw the ocean. it was a fun time and the area was peaceful.

We loved staying in James’s home! It was perfect for our needs. Our children loved the marsh behind the house. We saw deer, egret, turtles, fish and many other birds every morning. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We immediately felt at home. James’s home has a wonderful porch, as well as a building for storing any outdoor gear. It is well equipped with an outdoor shower, which is perfect after a day at the beach. James welcomed us into his home by gifting our family a dozen eggs from his laying hens. Our trip was perfect, and we cannot wait to return.

such a cute little town very family friendly and everything is walkable so you still get your steps in. house was great on the canal with a nice public path to the beach a few minutes away!

Was kind of a last minute decision to head to OBX but so glad we did and glad we found Sponge Bob’s! Had everything we needed along with all the stuff for the beach so we didn’t have to haul half our house with us. Easy walk to a quiet uncrowded part of the beach. We will certainly come back again.

Have no fear staying here! Bonnie’s place is amazing and a wonderful location. It was easy to find and so comfortable. It’s perfect for a couple’s getaway to the Outer Banks. Bonnie was so friendly and available for any questions we had. Very very clean place with a comfortable bed!

We loved spending the weekend at Papa’s Place. My boyfriend and I were looking for a low key, quiet spot to get away and relax, and this place was perfect! It is walking distance to several good restaurants and the beach while still being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The people of the neighborhood and of Buxton as a whole were friendly and helpful. Papa’s place is the perfect size for a couple, and the full kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook. The highlight of our trip was sitting out on their porch with their cat Juan!

I highly recommend this place. Quiet and peaceful yet close to everything. I’m looking forward to returning. The host was wonderful and has great recommendations.

We were at Noreen’s for only a night. Loved her patio area! Our room was clean and fully stocked with the necessary amenities.

This is the second time we have stayed with Whitney. She’s always quick to respond to any question. The home is beautiful and the apartment is lovely. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Very nice and very clean place near the beach and centrally located. The host's family is so quiet that it feels like you've reserved the whole house even though you're staying in the bottom floor. Host responds to texts very promptly and is very helpful. Her place was very clean and had a wonderfully stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed and a quiet neighborhood allowed for restful nights which is a nice change from beach-side locations which can be noisy.

Everything was perfect! Great location with beautiful sunsets!!! Michelle was responsive and helpful finding local amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

I got the place for my parent’s anniversary and they had the best time! They loved staying at this location and were able to check in easily. It was especially good for my mom who has some issues getting around. The location is easily accessible for people who might have handicap issues. Overall this place was amazing and my parents are planning on staying there again in the future!

Very communicative, bare bones, just as advertised. The home was pristinely clean. The views were beautiful, gorgeous sound views from the balcony. The beach is just a short walk away and the pier is a 5 minute drive. Perfect location in Avon & Mike is super friendly! Be mindful that you will have to bring bath towels, but other necessities were supplied by the cleaners and lasted us through a full week. This was transparently advertised though. The living room is not quite as comfortable as we would’ve liked, but that’s just our preference. The rest of the house was very comfortable and we were pleased with the furnishing. The space is clearly well taken care of. Avon overall is a wonderful place to visit. The locals were probably the most friendly we’ve experienced in the OBX. The area is very remote and you can see the stars and even have a bonfire on the beach. Plenty of free parking and easy public beach access. Really good restaurants too. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Most enjoyable stay and the accomodations were pleasant. Quiet, and the beach and restaurants were within walking distance. Host and housekeeper checked in daily to see that our needs were met. Very friendly staff. We would definitely return!

All instructions were clear and we were even notified that we could check in early which was a bonus. The condo was clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The location is wonderful. Within easy walking distance to the beach, to shopping and dining and to the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. And the boardwalk through the marsh is especially nice. We will definitely be returning!

Where do I start… Absolutely great views, quiet neighbors, and great places to eat! To top all that off is how clean and beautifully decorated the condo was. Very relaxing, everything we needed was there, not cluttered, and communication was great! What more could you ask for!
