No.2 liegt im Dachgeschoß und hat ein offenes Raumkonzept mit Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer in einem großzügig geschnittenen, hellen Raum. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein großes Doppelbett sowie ein separates Einzelbett zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist kinderfreundlich eingerichtet, bei Bedarf können Hochstuhl, Kinderbett und Spielzeug genutzt werden. Garten, Pool und Grill können ebenfalls mit genutzt werden.

The beautiful apartment is located directly at the spa park of Bad Saarow and approx. 30 meters from the Saarow thermal bath. The beach of Lake Scharmützelsee is about 100 meters. The apartment is located right in the center of the spa town. Restaurants and bars are from there in approx. 2 minutes' walk. Discount stores and cafes are only about 4 minutes walk from the apartment. The train station with connections to trains and buses can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The 2-room non-smoking apartment(55m2), private entrance to the upper floor of our detached house with kitchen and bathroom is fully furnished. It can accommodate up to 3 people, a box spring bed, sofa bed in the living room. Towels +bed linen are incl. For shopping, REWE, Netto, LIDL are in the immediate vicinity. From Birkenstein S-Bahn (suburban train) station, you can reach Berlin-Mitte in 30 minutes. The car can be parked for free on the property.
