Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on a small closed gravel road in a quiet cottage area. Large, almost completely enclosed, undisturbed plot with sun all day. Possibility for ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and access to the sun courtyard. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone, whether you want to do a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located next to their own distribution corridor with sliding doors to the sun courtyard.

The house is beautifully situated on the beach, Dybesø, Flyndersø and Korshage, where there is plenty of opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Just a short bike ride away, you will find Rørvig By with cafes and restaurants as well as a cozy harbor.

Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. Welcome to Sejrø Bay. Our cozy summer house is located in a beautiful woodland area on a large natural plot, close to Tengslemark Beach. It’s a truly unique holiday home. The house is just a 5-minute walk from one of Denmark’s best sandy beaches, which is especially family-friendly – no stones and the water deepens gradually. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and picturesque. The summer house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is very well-equipped, and features a south-facing terrace.

Sydvendt anlagt have med udsigt til skov og vandløb fra 80 m2 terasse. Strand (900 m) og 2 km fra Nykøbing Sj. supermarkeder, restauranter, svømmehal, golfbaner (4500 m), Sommerland Sj. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

The Sea, The woods, Countryside, Seaview, Private fenched in yard ( dogs welcome) Please observe: The minimum rental is 7 nights. In peak-seaon June-Okt. the house is rented out primarily from Saturday to Saturday - for 7, 14 or 21 nights.

I Korshages smukke og vilde natur, finder du vores sommerhus. Det er næsten 100 år gammelt, lidt småt, måske lidt primitivt, men meget hyggeligt. Det ligger i skoven, tæt på vandet. Vi elsker stedet, træerne, fuglenes sang, en tur ved havet og så meget mere. Og det håber vi også du vil. Rørvig havn, by og restauranter er kun 3 km eller en god gåtur eller cykeltur væk.
