The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Friendly welcome at check-in and short briefing, house rules are available for reading. In addition, I received tips for nearby restaurants and shopping. All necessary utensils are available, devices, etc. everything works. The toaster is also great. I felt very comfortable during the 10 days of my stay and missed nothing. Gladly again :-)

Very nice hostess and we are happy to support her with the highest rating. The apartment is located on a hill and was a challenge for us with bicycles, but should be fine for guests with a car. The city center was easy to reach to take a walk or buy something to eat. It is only a few minutes' walk to climb the ruins and go into the nearby forest, as well as down to the local swimming pool (which is currently being partially rebuilt). The apartment is spacious and functional and protects well from the heat outside. The bedrooms and the bathtub are on the first floor, on the ground floor you can eat and relax on the balcony with a view. We spent three nights there with two children and can only recommend the apartment!

Juliane & Dominik's apartment is a real gem. Newly renovated and furnished to a high standard, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay – we didn't miss anything. Particularly noteworthy is the loving preparation by Juliane: she has responded to our wishes, and a lovingly selected gift was waiting for our small child. The apartment has two bedrooms with sleeping places for a total of five people. In addition, the spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa bed. The location is quiet and green, right on a park and sports field. The main train station and downtown Schweinfurt are easily accessible by bus (or on foot). For our extended family weekend, this apartment was just perfect – and at a very fair price. Communication was warm, individual and at the same time highly professional. This is how Airbnb really brings joy. Many thanks to Juliane & Dominik!

We really felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was very clean, there was everything it needs, especially the kitchen was really very well equipped so we felt at home. Norbert was also very helpful, gave us tips for the area and was responsive to any issue. The surrounding area is very quiet and a good place to relax! We felt very comfortable and can really highly recommend the apartment!
