🌻Please read all of the information before requesting to book!🌻 Hello and welcome to our beautiful farm surrounded by nature☺️! Perfect to come to peace or make excursions to the Paderborn surroundings. The guest area (1st floor) with private bathroom (1st floor) and shared kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet rest farm just outside (!!!) from the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Private guest apartment near Detmold (7 km). Two steps lead over the terrace to the separate entrance of our apartment and from there you have a magnificent view over the beautiful "Lipperland". A private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with good basic equipment are available. From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

Near the Bielefeld highway junction is the newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of a ZFH. The living/dining room is comfortably furnished and invites you to linger. From here, you have access to the terrace and garden. In the bedroom you can enjoy the nights in a box spring bed and in the study there is another cozy bed. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available free of charge. The modern kitchen and bathroom complete the apartment

The apartment was completely renovated in the spring/summer of 2024 and furnished with new, bright furniture. In addition to functionality, attention was paid above all to comfort. A parking space in the immediate vicinity of the house as well as modern amenities such as underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi ensure a relaxing stay.
