Bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream parlor, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in the city at the train station on the boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants in 17 minutes. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 minutes). Free guest parking is available.

Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.
