Come to the trendy and vibrating Offenbach - the cooler Frankfurt. :-) Stay at our shared co-working place, where we usually spend our time painting, developing pictures and creating. Less than 30 minutes commute to the Frankfurt fair, airport or main station door-to-door and only three minutes by foot to Wilhelmsplatz - one of the best places in Hessen for bars and restaurants by night and organic farmer's market by day.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

From both stations you reach Frankfurt within 10 minutes. The 3 room flat is fully equiped with a new/high-standard kitchen. The flat is on the second floor (elevator available) and includes a balcony.

The room with integrated kitchenette and separate shower room/toilet has its own entrance and is accessible. It is located in a two-family home. An oasis for rest and well-being. My accommodation (formerly an architectural office) is located in the garden behind the main house. It has its own entrance and a beautiful view through large panoramic windows into the garden with many flowers and a pond with waterfall.
