Thank you so much for your kindness The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea and to the city, calm too It is also perfectly equipped and clean Maybe the design of bathroom and kitchen could be more modern The only problem is the sound with the apartment of above where the owner lives, we can hear absolutely everything happening : child running right from the morning, noises in general and even dog if left alone and voices sometimes The house may be not soundproof between the 2 floors ….

We had a wonderful weekend, the apartment has everything, very clean and tidy, ideal for spending a few days with the family. Carmen, the hostess, a beautiful person, very attentive and kind. We recommend it 100%, we will repeat!!!!

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

So, that's really difficult to describe. My wife and I booked 10 days in El Medano in your apartment on June 25. When we arrived, construction work was in progress. The house was completely equipped with scaffolding. In good spirits, the construction workers dismantled the balcony and provided plenty of cement. The construction work is expected to take place over a period of three months. After a short panic, I called Egle. She came immediately and was also visibly excited. Of course, I asked what was going on. She explained to me that she herself was surprised by the construction work a few days earlier. I believe her, I know Tenerife and something like that is possible here. All in all, she took good care of us and tried to make the best of the difficult situation. That's why I can only give you good reviews. The apartment is great if you can live there.

It was a wonderful stay in Monica's little apartment. I was welcomed very kindly by mother and later by the brother. The view from the window, the sound of the sea, the tranquility on site and the possibility to hike directly or take the bus to the Anagage mountains are excellent if you organize a little. Brother and mother offered me any help I didn't need. But I was happy about the warm offer and the available coffee, tea, spices, oil and vinegar. The contact with Monica was also very warm and timely. I would go back to this apartment right away. Thank you very much.

Very nice and charming cave home right at the water. Big windows with an inner patio, so lots of daylight in the main room. Quiet and away from mass tourism. 2 supermarkets just around the corner and a few small restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Marta!

Our family trip to Maria Dolores' beautiful home leaves us in love. It's a good place to rest and daydream! Every member of our large family has a great rest. With beautiful hikes nearby and then enough to recharge at the pool for the little ones and in the Sauna for the grown-ups. The ocean has done us the greatest good. We were accompanied very well during our stay and found Maria Dolores' house and hospitality impeccable! We will definitely go back! A dreamy week 💓

I had a lovely stay at this property in Playa de las Américas. The location was perfect – close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was easy and they were always helpful and responsive. We had a great time in Puertito de Guimar and were sad to leave this lovely space! Check in and check out were smooth, and Miguel very kindly let us check in a few hours early. It was nice to be met in person and shown around. The apartment itself is very functional (great kitchen, good shower), clean, and spacious. Having the split level makes it feel even more comfortable, and it was nice to have a separation between the living space / bedroom, and the working area. The terrace upstairs is much larger than the photos suggest and there was more than enough space for us to go yoga, as well as lie on the loungers and enjoy breakfast on the sofa. My partner particularly loved the balcony by the bedroom, from which you can hear the sea. The town is small but has everything you need, as well as a lovely pier to swim from. We loved our daily five minute walk 'into town' by the sea. You're also only half an hour from La Laguna which is beautiful and has plenty going on.

The apartment was perfect: located directly on the beach, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We especially liked the extras like snorkels, parasols and cool bags. Saúl was exceptionally friendly and greeted us personally upon arrival. He not only showed us the area and gave us helpful tips, but even provided us with something to eat – that's really not a given and made our start to the holiday even more enjoyable! The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything you need. Parking right outside the door, great location and overall just a great place to stay. We would come back anytime!

Large and cozy apartment with all comforts. Sea view and beach accessible on foot. Not many amenities nearby. The car is essential! Very close to Santa Cruz and from here La Laguna and Las Teresitas are easily accessible.

We had a great time in this house open to the sea in a village preserved from mass tourism! María Antonia and her husband are exceptional hosts: they welcomed us with a bottle of local wine, fruit and what we needed for breakfast the next day. The house is ideal (especially the terrace!) to disconnect from everything and is well located to discover La Laguna, the mountains of Anaga, Santa Cruz and all the villages of the northwest coast and the Teide (you can see it from the house). On days when we didn't feel like moving, we could bathe in the natural pool at the lower part of the village and savor fried octopus with wrinkled potatoes at the fishermen's guild bar.
