The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)

The small apartment is located in the basement of our family house. The sofa bed in the TV room can also be used as a second bedroom. The apartment can be entered through a separate entrance - so you are completely undisturbed. Eschenlohe is located in the middle of nature with many hiking and bike tours. We are happy to give you tips for great tours or provide you with maps, hiking guides or GPS tracks.

Our cozy basement apartment of a semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic Froschhauser See and the Riegsee are within walking distance and you can also reach the big brother, the Staffelsee with its seven islands and numerous beach resorts as well as refreshments at any time in an extensive walk.
