The spacious apartment is diagonally opposite the Zillertalbahn train station, which is very convenient for traveling by train and to use the free shuttle bus. With the code, we immediately got to the lovingly furnished apartment. Since there are three bedrooms, you can stay with several people or children. We also cooked there, it has everything you need. The communication with Ms. Hill was very kind. We would book the apartment again because you can easily walk to the river and into the small village but also quickly in Mayrhofen on the gondola. We had 4 wonderful days there.

A complete house in a small neighborhood, very tidy and clean, with 2 toilets and 2 showers, 40 minutes from Innsbruck, and an hour and a half from Salzburg, with easy access. The ground floor has a bedroom with a shower, and the first floor has 3 rooms. There is a small terrace outside. Thank you, everything

Everything was great so far. If you like it quietly on the mountain, this is the place to be. There is nothing within walking distance, it takes about 15 minutes by car to Zell. A ski taxi can be ordered free of charge from the landlord on request. Beautiful house, lots of space and everything clean, only the internet is a bit slow.

Very nice place in a quiet area, even more beautiful than in the photos. Susan de belvilla is very friendly and very responsive, excellent contact also with Andrea the owner. I highly recommend it, go there without a second thought, no open them anyway to see the splendid landscape😂, you won't be disappointed.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this great house! I was there with friends and we enjoyed the time all around. The house offers a lot of space, is cozy and lovingly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Beautiful house in a beautiful area in Austria with lots of opportunity for Outdoor activities in an incredible landscape. Bruno & Sabine were excellent hosts who welcomed us v warmly, were very responsive and made us feel completely at Home. We had a great stay and will not hesitate to return in the future

A super friendly host, a large apartment with enough space for 12 people in a perfect location and large garden including barbecue and arbor, good amenities that left nothing to be desired. Jakob and his family were always available for questions, tips and short-term help. Our week flew by. Thank you for that! :)

We had a super nice time, in a fantastically beautiful house. The sauna is sufficient for 3 people, which was enough for us. Communication with the host was friendly, nice and above all quick. Parking went smoothly right in front of the entrance. And the Spar (supermarket) is 3 minutes on foot.
