The location is unbeatable! It was so fun to wake up to the ocean view and walk along the Strand. It’s super walkable to all Manhattan Beach has to offer - and just far enough to be quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We’ll definitely be back!

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

My friends and I booked this stay for our weekend girls trip. It was everything we were looking for! Great location if you don’t mind noise late into the night and early morning—which we didn’t. The host was very quick to respond to our questions as well. This stay will be truly one to remember in our books!

Had a comfortable stay at Alisa’s place and would stay here again. Alisa was a responsive host and even had trash bags dropped off when I needed more. The gated parking is a plus. There’s a nice shopping center across the street with all you could need. One thing to note is that the unit faces a gas station and a big intersection so it can get noisy during the day from the road noise.

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

This was a great place to stay. We were there for just one night but it’s a nice building, apartment and location. They were very helpful and responsive when we communicated. No issues at all and well worth the money.

Elena’s place was amazing. Located close to the beach, but set back from the street in a lush green courtyard/Oasis that is meticulously maintained. The unit is peaceful, comfortable, clean, and maintained with pride. The beach is 1/2 block away, so morning swims and sunset walks are at your fingertips!! management is professional, on point, friendly. These guys are pros, and it shows!!

The loft is exactly as described and surrounded by so many charming places to eat, shop, and relax. Paul has created an efficient and lovely loft. Oliver is super responsive, and all the instructions were very clear. It's near the freeway, so you can pop over to Santa Barbara or Carpinteria in 10 minutes. There is a bit of freeway noise, so earplugs might be helpful for light sleepers. But at night, it's a mix of ocean waves and light freeway hum, so it served as white noise for me to sleep really well on the comfy bed. A great location with great hosts!

Santa’s 2nd floor apt was well equipped and very comfortable for the two of us. It was convenient to downtown Montecito and Santa Barbara. Check in was seamless and Santa was quick to respond. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and living area were of good size. We would rent again next time we’re in the Santa Barbara area.

Lovely comfortable stay in a peaceful area. Arrival was easy and communication clear. Glad we found it.

The space was very clean and nicely designed! There were plenty of extra blankets and towels, and the electric fireplace definitely was a nice touch. Matthew was super helpful and responsive when the power went out and we were having issues finding the breaker panel, which was conveniently actually in the kitchen.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

Had a great stay here! Looks just like the pictures, and was squeaky clean. Lots of thoughtful touches--Brita filter full of cold water in the fridge, extra towels, yoga mat and blocks in the closet, and a ton of paid streaming services on the TV. Didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. And the location is unparalleled, you can see the Pier out the window and 3rd Street Promenade is blocks away. Heads Up: Most of the furniture is low profile though--lower to the ground--which could be an issue for older people or people with knee problems. But both the bed and couch were super comfortable. And the host was easy to reach and responsive, usually within the hour. Jonathan's place is an excellent alternative to the hotels on Ocean Avenue.

My husband and I spent a week here and would absolutely stay again. We loved how clean and spacious the place was, and it’s in a great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and downtown. The beds were comfy, linens and towels were super nice, and they even had beach towels, an umbrella, and beach chairs to borrow. As others mentioned, parking in the back is a little tight (but you get used to it quickly and there’s street parking if needed), and you can hear a little traffic from the highway at night (but that’s what earplugs are for). Other than that, we felt right at home and taken care of. Highly recommend booking!

Great area, clean and great amenities.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Maddi responded quickly. House was very comfortable and well located near East Beach. There was a handy small market nearby. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

It was our first time in LA and Leon home was amazing. This place is perfect for trio. I mean it! The garage was definitely a 2 car garage. Very clean and demure. If this place is available next year Summer time, I will definitely be staying here.
