Wonderful Stay in Venice Beach! We had a fantastic time at this cozy house just steps from the beach. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and the Venice Boardwalk. The place was clean, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Venice Beach!

This place is amazing! If you are looking for an affordable house ON THE BEACH with LOTS of beds then this is your place! It’s not state of the art or completely upgraded, but it is so cozy. We were there with 5 small children and 6 adults and we were never in each others way. The beach itself is beautiful and the outdoor shower is a perfect addition to this beach get away. There are lots of amenities provided so don’t stress! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach loungers, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, hand soap, outdoor shower, hose, grill with gas hook up, bedding, blender, coffee maker, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens…so much! Bring some WD 40 for the tar you might get on your feet and make sure you put the trash cans out ON SUNDAY NIGHT! The trash man comes EARLY Monday morning. The recycle only gets picked up every other Monday so don’t stress if it doesn’t get emptied…the schedule is on the fridge. Also, the knives are TERRIBLE! If you like to cook you might want to bring a few of your own. I hesitate to leave a good review because we plan to return and I don’t want it to be unavailable but it is awesome!!! Communicate early with TREE if you have questions. They will get back to you but not right away. We would just call the number and send a message on the app and they would eventually get back to us. Enjoy your stay! Check all of the drawers before you leave. There are tons of dressers and it’s easy to leave things behind.

So nice to have a place to stay and be together as a family! We spent as much time on the beautiful beach as possible, cooked up amazing meals, played games around the table, and had a movie night. Great experience and hope to come back!

What a great beach getaway. Steps from the beach and water, very quiet house even with all the neighboring homes being stacked close (as is the custom on the beach). Absolutely enjoyed the space which made our vacation amazing.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in beautiful Carpinteria. The location of Kathy’s cottage is outstanding and everything was perfect. The new kitchen is beautiful and very functional. 10 out of 10 would book again.

Wonderful stay in friendly community! Beach, pier, park, restaurants, grocery and a great donut shop are within easy walking distance. We enjoyed watching the dogs play on the beach. I was concerned about the parking because 4 people in 3 large vehicles were meeting here, but we were able to fit two of them in the driveway and street parking was no problem. Hope to return someday!

Epic location—right on the ocean, which made for a deeply calming personal retreat. I got to know Malibu in a whole new way. Everything about the stay was seamless: incredibly clean, smooth check-in, and top-notch communication. Malibu Suites was professional from start to finish.

I’d save this place for staying next time when we visit ! It’s a really cute place with tasteful interior design . Quiet and comfy ! When you had a long day and you know you will have a great shower and good rest at Michelle’s place !

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Bungalow 2 (the cork room) is the perfect spot for a couple or solo traveler. You get your own violet laced pergola that overlooks a vineyard - the perfect nook for reading and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the shared pool, hot tub, fire pit, and more - lots of space to lounge and enjoy. Everything was new, updated, and clean. Also it’s minutes away from Los Olivos and Santa Ynez. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Heidi was a super host. Provided us with breakfast makings and snacks and even checked more than once if we needed anything. Always quick to respond. Apartment had everything we needed for this trip including private parking. I specifically looked for a place with parking and was in LA for about five minutes before I realized just how valuable and important it was. Close to all freeways so even with LA traffic, none of our drives were terrible. And checkout was probably the easiest I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend Heidi’s AirBNB.

Just like the photos and as described. Clean, cozy, close to everything Ventura has to offer. Bikes were a great bonus to get around. Felt at home. Kerri was an amazing host. Super responsive, helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic place! You just can't beat the location. The house is immaculate with everything you need. Close to/ walkable to restaurants and shops. No wonder it is always booked up. Don't wait to book it!

The bungalow was absolutely perfect! Great location and a quick walk to the beach. Michael was very responsive when we emailed with questions and made sure our stay was everything we were hoping for. We would definitely stay again if back in the area:)

I just had a very enjoyable and relaxing 3 night stay at Deanna's place. It was just as described - in a great central location - easy to access, private and comfortable. While it is on a busy street, the guest house is amazingly quiet and peaceful. It is private and has a lovely small garden that is safe and secure for your travelling pup. My little dog enjoyed puttering around and laying on the grass in the sun. It was a very hot weekend and I was concerned about being uncomfortable but the AC worked great and we looked forward to getting back to the guest house every day to relax in the coolness. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom and kitchen clean and fully stocked. Just a very comfortable and easy weekend. Deanna was incredibly responsive and proactive, making sure that we were happy and comfortable the whole stay. I will definitely book again!
