We loved our stay! our host was really responsive, provided us with great local recommendations and helped us book a beautiful sunset view table at a nearby restaurant. would highly recommend!

I spent a 10 day stay at the property with 7 other friends. The house was delivered to us in great condition: all the rooms were clean, the beds already made and for each of us a set of towels had been prepared. The landlord and his father, who takes care of check-in and lives in the same building upstairs, were very available in everything, also providing us with useful tips on the beaches and restaurants in the area. The outdoor refrigerator is very comfortable, located in a small closet, and the barbecue in the garden, which we used without any problem. Recommended accommodation for groups because the house is adequately spacious and in a perfect location to reach, even on foot, the locals.

The contact was very nice, helpful and at the same time not intrusive at all. You could enjoy the stay very relaxed. We found the location to be very great, a little off the beaten path and quiet, and yet you are right on the coastal road - for us a perfect starting point to explore the north coast! Beautiful sea view from the terrace. A highlight for us: the opportunity to cook in the outdoor kitchen. When we are back in the north of Sardinia, we will definitely stay at Stazzu Jana again! Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!

Very nice place in a quiet and beautiful setting. The layout as well as the existing equipment was very well thought out. A lot of emphasis was also placed on cleanliness. Great communication with the host including tips for beaches etc. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa (spotlessly clean with the perfect amount of indoor and outdoor space) and extremely kind hosts! The area was fantastic and you could easily explore some amazing beaches, as well as do a day trip to La Maddalena! We did sunrise paddleboarding which i would also highly recommend! We stayed for 10 days with our family and had a wonderful time. House is very well equipped, clean and there was nothing we have missed. Location around Budoni is great for shopping, beaches or any other trip. We can fully recommend booking this house.

Nice apartment close to town centre and main beach in a quiey area. Pictures are accurate. Michele alowed us to check in earlier which was very helpful and gave us many recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. All essentials in kitchen. Parking easy just in front.

We had an amazing stay at Viola’s in San Pantaleo! The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the charming city center. Viola’s mother greeted us warmly and had prepared a wonderful welcome with fresh fruits, drinks, a bottle of wine, and even some breakfast and snacks. The house itself was beautiful, with great architecture and lovely decor. We enjoyed exploring the town’s picturesque streets, full of flowers, shops, and fantastic dining options. The only small downside was the noise from fireworks right outside after midnight on Friday and Saturday night, which did wake us up. This didn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

A wonderful villa, beautifully cared for garden, very peaceful, yet close enough to the coast to find places to eat and drink. We went first week of May so relatively quiet and ‘out of season’ but the weather was great and it was very easy to get around and explore with so little traffic. Within 25 mins in any direction could find stunning beaches or tranquil walks in the mountains, then for somewhere a bit more lively just go to San Teodoro. Food and shopping in Budoni was just five mins down the road. Highly recommended for quiet getaway but must of course have a car.

We are very happy with the hospitality of Stefano when it comes to living conditions, location, and contact with the host. We felt like we were in our home because we didn't miss anything. However, the most important thing is the view from the deck and the extremely quiet neighborhood. In addition, the location met our expectations as to the possibility of visiting the north of Sardinia between Olbia and Alghero, of course, with a car.

Perfect accommodation for 3 people. They are very clean and functional. The bedding is perfect, we slept well. The residence is very quiet, ideal for relaxation. Patrizia is very responsive and has great tips. We had a great vacation and will gladly come back 😍

Federica is a lovely lady and great host. I communicated that we are arriving for our wedding anniversary and Federica had kept a bottle of wine, some dessert for us. She was very responsive and providing great recommendations. The balcony is so big and beautiful, I wish in future i have something like that myself at home. Highly recommended 😊

We really enjoyed the calm and beauty of Cala Francese. The kids loved jumping into the water from the harbor ledges and we enjoyed the barbecues, the pretty beach, the canoes and the shower! Forse un altra volta! Melanie

A very nice and clean house, well equipped kitchen. The hosts are excellent. The neighbors are very friendly. The only drawback is that you need a car to move because it is a little removed from the center and the beaches, if you have rented car I assure you that you will be happy in this house, you will feel at home.

Well-organized apartment with all the comforts. The top top deck plus priceless for the view and convivial space. Very central location and very useful parking spot. Residence with beautiful pool and manicured garden. Definitely to recommend and repeat the experience!

The apartment was clean and had many amenities (very well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with washing machine), it is very well located - downstairs in front of the entrance to the building there is a cafe and supermarket, the area is quiet and peaceful, in addition, in a few minutes walk you can reach the nearby beach or the port. Communication with the host went very well, he responded quickly to messages, and before check-in he sent us a video with instructions on location and check-in. Thank you for your stay!

Maddalena’s place was absolutely perfect!! The house is beautiful, perfectly cleaned, modern, and the host was so kind. Present at check in, dropped off pastries, answered messages within minutes of we had any questions. The location is perfect too - walkable to amazing restaurants (we really like Retro), grocery, a bar.

The apartment is very clean and nice, on the ground floor. Michela was very kind and helpful, a super host. A 20-minute walk from the center. Parking is free, in front of the house, no problem finding space.

A stylish place, clean, cozy, at the very center, close to restaurants, stores, walkable to marina; and just 10 min drive from the airport. Parking can be found nearby for agreeable price.
