Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Olcott

The house was actually better in person! It was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. It was clean and spacious. The view of the lake and outdoor areas were phenomenal. We enjoyed a breath taking sunset each evening. We would recommend this house to anyone & if we visit again, would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you for being such helpful and responsive hosts! We had the best time and made many family memories!

Amazing! Beautiful property - looks just like the photos. Close to great vineyards and amazing restaurants just several minutes away. NOTL town is also a very short drive away. Also the unit has everything you need to cook!

We felt right at home in this 2nd story apartment in Elmwood. The kitchen has been beautifuly remodeled, and well appointed including a French press which is our favorite. Gorgeous wood floor and trim in living room and dining room. New windows throughout. The bathroom was not as recently updated, with a clawfood tub/shower but worked fine and piping hot water. Two balcony areas need updating too, but cool historic spaces. Off-street parking was super convenient down a very skinny driveway. A highlight was a neighborhood run to Delaware Park. This house was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 4 - could have easily fit 8 people pretty comfortably. House was certainly an old home that came with some quirks, but was nicely renovated and fully stocked with helpful items, kitchen was very nice with great quality appliances. Backyard was a great little oasis with a cool spot to relax, grill and eat an outdoor dinner. 25 mins to Niagara Falls, which was our main reason for visiting the Buffalo area. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is on a fairly busy road which was good and bad. A decent amount of constant vehicular traffic, but also very easy to get to places. Would recommend this house for a large family or a couple small families looking to visit the Buffalo/Niagara area.

Very cute and family friendly stay, would recommend this place for anyone visiting Buffalo, house is clean and had everything you need nice and ready. Hosts were great and had good communication. 10/10 will come back when back in town again.

The location is perfect right on the water and there are convenient walking paths to explore the surrounding area. The house has great exterior spaces for enjoying the beautiful views of the river. Billie was very communicative and proactive in sharing recommendations, would highly recommend!

I hosted my 30th birthday here and we were in love with this space. Tracey is very pro active with responding, and was very helpful. Everything was gorgeous and perfect. I will be looking to book again in the future and recommend this to friends! They had games available, and glassware and I was so happy when I found a cocktail shaker in the pantry! Living room perfect for karaoke and kitchen is perfect for dinner parties and gatherings! Everything is labelled when it comes to garbage and remotes to I found things super easy to navigate and they provide so many things you can add on to make your stay extravagant!

Lori had great communication throughout our last minute getaway to Niagara Falls. Everything tastefully decorated and clean.

I loved this house - we’ve had more than 50 Airbnb stays over 10 years, and this is among my top favourites. Stephen has thought of everything you might need, the house is very spacious, and the bathroom is something special! We used it as a base to visit Niagara Falls, and it was an easy 25 minute drive. Thoroughly recommend!

This was our first stay at an Airbnb and I totally understand why people love them! Bridget's place is a cozy upstairs apartment. I lived in one years ago and it was fun feeling the nostalgia of apartment living again! (This place is MUCH nicer than the one I lived in though!) It was very clean, no hair hiding behind the toilet like in most hotels. The decor is neutral yet inviting. We didn't notice the noise much from the road and enjoyed the river view from the porch. Bridget is a very responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in and out. We were close to the falls and downtown Buffalo without much traffic issues. The apartment is very well stocked with all the essentials. The only suggestion I would have is maybe plastic or hard surface patio chairs. This is only because the bird droppings from the trees above. We were able to get them mostly clean before sitting, but hard surface would clean easier. We had a blast playing the 80/90s trivia game supplies in the closet!

It was nice and clean small unit. Host Rachel was friendly and responsive and has provided clear instructions. It is nice place for a couple to stay for few days. Area is peaceful and just about 8-10 minute drive from Niagara Falls.

This place was exactly what we needed for our stay. Great distance to Niagara Falls State Park and close to several restaurants in Buffalo. The neighborhood is quiet and we’ve stayed here before and loved it since the first time! Jaclyn is very responsive and helpful. All essentials were available and Jaclyn was very flexible when it came to checking in early. We loved the coffee bar!

This was a great air bnb in the best location! Especially if you’re from South Buffalo. There are not many places to stay in this neighborhood due to it being all residences! It was so nice to be walking distance to stuff, no busy traffic and we were able to watch the fireworks at Caz park without even leaving. Short distance to all the family and downtown stuff I wanted to do. The entire place was spotless and we enjoyed some nice teas after all of the Buffalo foods! I will be booking again for sure!

Right up front, let me just say that this condo is spectacular. Great location. Beautifully renovated. Unbelievable value. Salvatore was communicative and responsive leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. A wonderful host! Although I was a little skeptical when I first pulled down the street as the area is somewhat depressed - don't be discouraged. The neighborhood was quiet and the local restaurants were wonderful. I hope some of the other commercial establishments start to fill up again as it really is a great area. We crossed back and forth several times over the border without any delay. I would definitely recommend this spot for people wanting to visit Buffalo - although it's over the border it's so quick and easy and convenient. Also, the place was stunning! So beautifully restored and the pictures accurately captured the space. I know we'll be back in Buffalo in the spring/summer and we'll definitely stay in Fort Erie again. I hope the condo continues to be available.

I absolutely enjoyed my time staying at this location. My dog and I felt safe and we were able to enjoy some green space. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Location is quiet, away from the tourist area but close enough to drive to the attractions so a vehicle is recommended. Easy free parking onsite. Super clean unit has most of what you need except for a dishwasher and laundry however we used a public laundromat called Casino Coin during our week stay (avoid the closer one called Suds). The additional half bath was invaluable as was the sofa bed in the living room. Appreciated the availability of a Brita water filter, many K-pods for the Keurig, the non-teflon pans and the bottle of wine gifted. There’s a great local market called Lococo’s a few minutes walk away with the freshest meats, veggies and fruits. We felt safe in this area just down the road from the Great Wolf Lodge. Responsive owner / manager. I recommend this Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s place! I was in town for a work trip and felt right at home. The space was clean with a very spacious backyard. Not too far from Niagara Falls, restaurants, shopping and other things to do. Mary was very friendly, and always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to returning when I’m back in town!

First time in this condo, but already third time staying in the house. Everything was great, the kitchen is well equipped and communication with Mary is always easy. She is lovely and cares much about her guests. Thank you for having me.

Stayed here for a night before a wedding. Had some complications that were out of the hosts control and happened last minute. They worked with us on a solution and didn't cancel on us last minute. Overall happy.

Stefano’s place was perfect for our needs with two separate bedrooms so our two year old could have his own room - hard to find for an affordable price in Niagara Falls! A 4 minute drive from the heart of the action and in a quiet area which was great. Stefano was very responsive and helpful. The place was super cute and has everything you need, even Netflix :) The place was clean, nice bathrooms and well appointed kitchen. Would stay again!
