Pet-friendly holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Carina war perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und das Loft ist super ausgestattet! Carine hat bei der Ausstattung so gut wie an alles gedacht. Die Außenanlage und der Pool waren auch super. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

Elodie and Luc were excellent hosts, we had such a lovely stay and the place has such a beautiful view. We were all very pleased and really appreciated us letting us use the pool.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

My boyfriend and boy had some fantastic days at Jalils place. They loved the atmospher. Jalil was really sweet and helpful with flexible check out. They will recommend this place a lot. Note they had a car for driving to Cannes and Monaco.

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Lars! It was our first time in the area, and he was so great and proactive in helping us feel welcome, comfortable, and confident at getting around. He provided us with very clear instructions and great recommendations. He was really clear about what transportation to take as to not have to climb the stairs to his place- sadly, we did not heed that advice and literally walked all the way up….it was miserable. Please don’t make the same mistake. We have hiked lots of high mountains, but this was terrible with our luggage. Anyway, Lars was very clear on helping you avoid this. Our bad! The place had the most amazing view! I already miss it!! It’s quiet, clean and so comfortable. Great place, great host! I highly recommend and would book again! Thanks for a great stay!!

AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much

Le Loft est tres bien placé, à proximité de restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, Royal! De plus, Bravo car tout équipé, cela faisait longtemps qu'on n'avait pas eu un appartement avec autant d'équipement à disposition ! Kevin est super, bel accueil, plein d'explication et des recommandations.., très flexible et très réactif, on sent qu'il tient à ce que ces clients soient au petit soin et c'est top ! On retient l'adresse et on reviendra avec plaisir !

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Die Garage war ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Check-In und Check-Out verliefen völlig unkompliziert, und der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup!

Wonderful stay at Wendy’s place. Quintessential French provincial but with a personal and unique flavour and flair. Was terrific to get to know this lovely hostess who goes out of her way to ensure your stay is everything you want it to be. Loved it 🥰

Excellent logement agréable et propre avec un acces direct a la mer et une très belle piscine au rooftop. L’emplacement est aussi au top a côté de la baie des anges. pour finir, Kevin est un hote exceptionnel, tres agréable et serviable. on y retourne volontiers 😀

Great hosts, responsive and super helpful. Easy walk to many points of interest and nightlife. Less than one block to tram to airport. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean and modern. Good AC. Highest recommendation!

We had a lovely stay at Carole's. Location is an easy walk to Old Town , shopping area , beach , train station , all within 10 minutes. You are also spoilt for choice with many surrounding restaurants , we particularly enjoyed one a block or so away called Piccolo Mondo , La Trattoria was also good just down the road. The flat is very spacious and we felt very safe with good security doors on the entrance. It has a lovely little balcony that you can sit and enjoy the surroundings and a lift which was helpful with heavy baggage. The king bed was comfortable and the furnishings/amenities in the flat ( fridge , washing machine , air con , tv etc ) were modern and good quality. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious one bedroom , well positioned home in the middle of Nice.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Nice, le petit appartement charmant était suffisant pour nous deux plus le chien. Il est situé dans la vieille ville et donc en plein milieu de la vie citadine, tout simplement merveilleux de pouvoir s'imprégner de tout ce qui vous entoure.

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour avec mes sœurs chez Pauline. L’appart est propre, joliment décoré, et dégage une ambiance douce et apaisante. L’emplacement est également top, avec de nombreux restos à proximité. Je recommande 🤗

C’est la seconde fois que je viens chez Emmanuelle. Une communication toujours aussi agréable et facile. La terrasse et l’intérieur du studio sont très confortables , la décoration a été renouvelée et apporte une touche de «  peps » supplémentaire à l’appartement. Idéalement situé, rien ne manquera à votre confort. Vous pourrez chiller sur la terrasse en contemplant la mer et la colline du château, ou profiter d’un studio cosy et climatisé à l’intérieur. Un séjour de rêve.

The apartment looked exactly as advertised, was clean, and Medhi was great! (Very accommodating, responsive etc). It is in a very central location. You can walk everywhere you need to go within 5 to 15 min. But this comes with a lot of noise at night. First with the people in restaurants and then the staff dragging tables and chairs in once everyone has left. If you are in Nice to party, this is really the perfect spot. If you are there to relax and go to bed early, I’d tell you to consider staying in a different location. Check in was very easy. But the key is about a 6 min walk away. That sounded fine but I had a bunch of luggage and a dog, and trying to get around the small sidewalks was not super easy. Medhi was very accommodating when I checked out so I could avoid some of that. (Very much appreciated) Overall, I recommend staying here.
