Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Oldenburg in Holstein

We were here with our 2 small children and especially enjoyed the peace and relaxation. We really liked the view from the terrace and the living area to the lake. The children had toys in the children's room and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom & co. Despite the rain, there were great excursion destinations for families nearby and it is only a few minutes' drive to the beach. Thank you for the beautiful, relaxing stay and the cozy "short-term home"!

We had a great stay at Sebastian's and felt very comfortable in the historic building. Unfortunately, we did not use special features such as the sauna or the beach chair in the short time, but they still make the accommodation something special. Sebastian was a nice host and communicated very friendly and proactively.

Just perfect for our stay. Lots of space, warm & cosy, beautiful house, safe for our bikes and the option to purchase a few supplies from the little shop in the house.

Images correspond to the truth. There was everything you needed in the accommodation. Sauna was warm within a short time. Very child friendly, as sockets secured, we had two high chairs and the beds for the big kids were great. The only negative was that there was no change of bed linen or towels, you could wash and use the dryer on site, but this had taken too long. However, it is more likely to affect families with smaller children, as an accident can always happen. Communication with the host was great, there was always a quick response and she was very kind.

Fantastic property in a great location. 15 min to the beach. Very tastefully furnished cottage, well maintained with terrace in the orchard. Perfect for a " break" , even with a dog.

This small apartment is lovingly and very practically furnished. It is wonderfully equipped with useful things and very cozy. We were able to sleep very well there. We would have liked to use the garden in warmer weather, because it looks very idyllic. We felt very comfortable.

We had a few wonderful days in Hohwacht - also thanks to Mirko's great accommodation. The house is located directly on the nature reserve. Deer, hares and other animals have visited us in our garden. The observation tower, from which you have a great view of the nature reserve, is a three-minute walk away. The sounds of nature are the only thing you can hear here. There are many mosquitoes, but the whole house is equipped with mosquito/fly screens. The house is slightly elevated, so you have a good view of nature from the sofa and almost always spot a few Galloway cattle in the distance. The facility is well thought out and there is everything you need. We grilled, which worked out great. The beach is within walking distance. There was also a lot for our daughter to discover - there are a lot of toys in the upper rooms. Really a great place!

The booking and communication were great from the beginning, and the welcome on arrival was very friendly. The apartment is perfectly located near the highway, which allows you to quickly start your excursions. Shopping opportunities are endless within 5 minutes by car. Shopping is even possible on public holidays and Sundays. The apartment is cute, clean and has everything you need. Our highlight for the daily end of the day was to spend the afternoon in Heiligenhafen on the beach, with Matjesbrötchen and beer😀. In the evening, we regularly fell into bed, exhausted from the good sea air and the long walk. We will definitely come back, gladly as repeat offenders. The accommodation is really great and we are happy to recommend it. Be sure to take a vacation up there in the real North...

Diana's yard is great. The children can run around, play, visit the horses, there is much to discover (we were lucky to hear small owls and finally see them). At the beginning, we were skeptical, because the advertisement says that you can enjoy the squawking of the geese and the mooing of the cows. There are no cows on site and only one goose :-) Also important to mention is that the terrace is not directly at the apartment. However, Diana was very relaxed as a host - we were allowed to put the garden furniture in the house/apartment, even if there was no designated area for it. The apartment is very clean and very tastefully furnished. Kitchen well equipped. There are no children's cups or dishes. The accommodation lacks things like sugar or coffee powder, which did not bother us as tea drinkers. It is definitely a great place to unwind.

We had a few nice days in the great, listed house. We and especially our dog found the terrace and the garden particularly beautiful. We would have liked to use it a lot more, if the weather hadn't thrown a spanner in the works. For this, we were able to relax in the barrel sauna and even got bathrobes (for an extra charge). That was great. Dajana and Frank were very friendly and accommodating. Although they were not present during our holiday, they invited us for a coffee at their stand in Boltenhagen. In the apartment, we lacked nothing, the cleanliness was also great. Special plus: there was coffee! We will be happy to come back! :)

A very nice apartment! See clean, great location, attractively modern furnishings. The door open app is also handy. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was not comfortable for us at all, this was the only point, apart from that everything was 1A.

We had a great time at Carina's! The apartment was bigger than it looked in pictures and very clean. We stayed 7 nights and felt at home. Everything you need is close by and within walking distance! The residential area is very nice and quiet. Carina is a very kind host and is happy to provide tips. It was very nice!

We had a great week in the holiday paradise Grube. The accommodation is very idyllic both indoors and outdoors with a sensationally large garden where you can linger for a long time. Overall, the location is just great: very quiet and at the same time convenient, as there is a restaurant (right next door), bakery, supermarkets and much more in the immediate vicinity. At the end of the street is the beautiful, old village church, which is very worth seeing. Thus, the small town of Grube already offers a lot of culture, but above all a lot of nature. Here there are bird watching stations and enchanting, small paths through the former lake lowlands, from which we were able to experience great sunsets and moonrises. By car, we were quickly at beautiful corners on the Baltic Sea, such as Heiligenhafen, Fehmarn, Grömitz and at the smaller beaches, which could also be easily reached by bicycle. Thanks to Benjamin and Elke for this beautiful holiday home with the many possibilities and encounters.

We arrived and felt right at home. Beautiful cozy quiet and idyllic apartment, in which nothing is missing. Regine is a super nice landlady. We will be happy to come back.

A super friendly and fast communication. The apartment was as described,you have everything you need there whether for cleaning or cooking there are things available. From the location not to mention 400 meters to the beach, just great. He gave tips on what to do in the area or where to shop. It was my first booking through airbnb and was positively surprised. This was not the last time we will be staying in the beach butt.

If the walk-through rooms do not bother you, the apartment is very comfortable for a stay of four.

We stayed in the apartment as a family with two children aged 2 and 6. The apartment was in a perfect fit for us. Outstanding was the great view of the Baltic Sea, which we only said goodbye to with a heavy heart. The apartment is very extensive and especially equipped for children. We really didn't miss anything. And not only that: every guest got a cup of personal engraving from Bettina. And because she learned about our booking about the two birthdays of our children during our stay, she had already provided gifts for both of them. It really blew us away. Overall the apartment was very neat and clean. Bettina is also always available. Conclusion: We'll be back! Bettina: we just felt completely comfortable and at home! Thank you for letting us meet you in person! You can tell you have a big heart for kids! Thanks for everything !!!

Astrid's apartment is fantastic. It is furnished with a lot of love and care and has everything you need. Communication with Astrid was very good, as I was helped immediately with questions. What I really appreciated is the privacy that was maintained, even though Astrid lives in the same house. I had absolute peace and quiet and was able to enjoy my time. In summer, as it is now, the apartment is pleasantly cool. The surroundings are wonderful and it is worth walking to the Kellersee, which is only about 5 minutes from the apartment. The city center can be reached in about 7 minutes by car. All in all, a wonderful stay. I'll be back for sure.

I had an amazing stay. Everything went well and i am happy to recommend Jessica’s place to anyone visiting Norderstedt or Hamburg and wants to stay in a quiet and residential area with lots of nature nearby. And supermarkets are nearby

We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. The apartment is super clean, cozy, lovingly furnished and also well located. You can walk to the old town and there is plenty of parking in front of the door.

Rene is really a first class host!!! The apartment is enchanting and peppered with many great details in the development, very, very nice. In the words of my wife, "awesome." The large and beautiful old apartment is not in the center of Lübeck, but on foot you are in 10 minutes on the edge of the center and thus everything is within walking distance in 30 minutes. We felt very comfortable.
