Ideal location for a vacation for up to 6 people. Quiet in a cul-de-sac, 300 m from a beautiful beach, recent single-story house on enclosed land of 550 m2. Very close to the beach and forest, wooded environment. We leave bicycles available. 2 terraces with garden furniture, 2 gas and charcoal barbecues, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, double beds 140/190, 1 folding crib, 1 shower room, separate toilet. Our family home is located in the small village of La Menounière in the municipality of St Pierre d'Oléron. Between vineyards and the ocean, in a green setting, 80 m from the beach and the bike path, the location is perfect for a total change of scenery. 3 km from La Cotinière and its pretty fishing port, find all amenities, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops etc… In summer, a free beach shuttle also runs at the end of the street.
