Our accommodation (40 m2) is perfect for a couple or couple with young child (2 years max). It consists of a bedroom and a living room with fitted kitchen, washing machine, sofa, enclosed terrace, not overlooked. I provide linens and towels.

The studio is quietly located close to the city center and the Citadel. Great for a couple and a child. Vehicles can be parked on the property. We are 5 minutes from the great beaches of Oléron and have nearby on Le Château: a small pleasant beach at high tide, as well as a supervised body of water. In the city center, there are also children's play areas and a skate park, as well as a performance hall, a port and artists' huts...

I offer my T1 apartment, located on the ground floor of my house. You have at your disposal a living room/kitchen area (fully equipped). A spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a desk area. A terrace area is at your disposal where you can enjoy the scents of the garden and relax (dining area and deckchairs) Parking is available in the enclosed courtyard and bicycles can be stored in a small enclosed area

L'ânerie d'Amée

800 meters from the beaches and the port of Cotinière, in a small typical Oleron alley, between an old well and its hollyhocks, is a small donkey farm renovated into a guest room with its bathroom and private patio. La Cotinière on foot through fields, bike paths from 300 meters, the stop for our "special beach" summer shuttle 200 meters away. Quiet, the donkey farm is a nice starting point for discovering the island.

In "board" de dune is a set of lodgings in the middle of pine trees including the owner's house and two other lodgings. We are located 400 m from the beach. Guests can enjoy the atmosphere and smells of the maritime pine forest to relax. In July (except first week) and August (except last week), bookings are made by the week only from Saturday to Saturday. Outside of July and August: 2 nights minimum
