Large beach of Boyardville facing Fort Boyard 800 meters away. You can do anything on foot on Boyardville and visit the island by bike. Bike paths in the immediate vicinity (tip: follow towards La Braies to cross the salt marsh and see the many birds). Private parking, 2 outdoor spaces with plancha and barbecue.

Very nice atypical and cheerful family house, full of charm, with its large wooden steps and heated pool, it is warm and bright, ideal for a large family or group of friends. We call it the house of happiness. Our kitchen is equipped to cook for large tables. The enclosed garden of 4400 m², a main house of 300 m² and its wooden terrace, and two pretty wooden bungalows of 40 m² with bedrooms and bathroom also connected by a terrace

La Dune house 80 m from the beach

Our family home is located in the small village of La Menounière in the municipality of St Pierre d'Oléron. Between vineyards and the ocean, in a green setting, 80 m from the beach and the bike path, the location is perfect for a total change of scenery. 3 km from La Cotinière and its pretty fishing port, find all amenities, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops etc… In summer, a free beach shuttle also runs at the end of the street.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Single-story family house of 180 m2 on a fenced plot of 800 m2. Ideal for 2 families, it is located in a small typical village, away from major highways... Close to all the shops of St Pierre, its location is ideal for visiting the entire island, especially using the many bike paths, including to reach the sea 2.5 km away.
