Beachfront holiday rental in Oliva

A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Excellent place to spend a few quiet days and rest. The environment is beautiful and offers you possibilities to stroll and enjoy the area. The views are spectacular and it is very close to a couple of very nice coves as well. Definitely worth it

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

The apartment was so immaculate and modern with lots of little quirks, the views are spectacular I didn't want to leave.

Victor was a great host who already contacted us before our trip and provided us with the most important information about arrival, keys, accommodation and information about the area. He was always quick to reach and responded directly to all inquiries. His apartment was as described and shown in the photos. Small sufficient kitchen with direct hatch to the living/dining room, beautiful balcony and good roof terrace and good bedrooms. The complex around it is good, with lots of greenery, pool and direct access to the sea We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. We loved David and Marina's apartment. It's a real luxury to have enjoyed it. It's clean and perfect for enjoying a real vacation. The place is wonderful, quiet and with incredible views. Sara was a fantastic host. Great communication & super responsive! Her place is very impressive and we wished we were staying for longer. The lay out over 3 floors allows for privacy if required. Lovely waking up to lovely views & sound of the sea. Also loved the TV / Sound system and the decor! Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a holiday in the seaside toen of Javea, near to the rocky beach. The apartment is fully equipped and very cosy.

Spacious and beautiful house with stunning views. Luxury, equipped with slender comforts and the elevator upstairs is a great solution for those who have difficulty walking.

Apartment very close to a large beach. There are shops and restaurants nearby, the apartment is pleasant and well-equipped with two terraces.

Great stay. A short walk to town but both a hotel restaurant and GastroBar are almost on the doorstep. Immediately next door is a tennis court that can be rented from a lovely neighbour.

We arrived during an emergency (there was no electricity but no phone service in all of Spain). We found this place in a magical way and also in a magical way we were handed the keys. Helped Rodwy's directions on which roads to take. Location in a great location. We are very happy because the vacation was great.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

Beautiful views from the hot tub - a wonderful way to start 2025 :)

Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!
