Monthly Rentals in Olocau

Our family of six had a one month stay in January. It was a great experience! Christian met us at arrival to orientate us to the space. Everything exceeded our expectations. The property is much larger than the pictures show and in a very safe neighborhood, including gated perimeter. There is a bonus recreation area with some exercise equipment and ping pong. The pool area was very inviting to sit outside and relax or exercise and nice to look up and see the mountains. Despite January temperatures, our teenagers jumped in the pool several times, so it was really nice that it was open. Another bonus is that we were allowed to pick lemons from the tree on the property. There are plenty of major stores in short drive. The inside of the house has plenty of supplies such as towels, bedding, toilitries, and kitchen tools. The appliances are good quality. The driveway is very large, so parking multiple vehicles is easy. Overall, really great place for privacy, comfort, and fun. Thank you!

The house is very nice with shaded terrace and all the comforts you need. The cooler nights are very nice and make it possible to lower the temperature of the house. Access to the pool and sports fields is easy and sharing with neighbors goes very smoothly (we were often alone on weekdays). The environment, the mountains are perfect for taking walks of various difficulties. I would recommend Charo's place which is a very nice and available host. Thank you!

Very nice apartment, decorated with a lot of taste and everything you need. Tania is great, she gave me tips on what to do, where to eat, etc...the location is perfect to enjoy the area and the area is perfect for all hikers or trail runners, lots to do and everything accessible from the apartment! I had a great time

I was delighted with my stay in this home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kind that sinks just enough to make your rest restful after a busy day. In addition, the hostess was charming: always attentive, smiling and willing to help with any questions or needs I had during my stay. The area is a haven of peace: ideal for disconnecting, without annoying noises or constant traffic, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The accommodation itself is very well maintained, clean and with a cozy atmosphere that invites you to stay and rest or make plans in time, without rushing. I definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a quiet place, with a great bed to sleep well and a friendly host who really cares about your comfort.
