Our cozy apartment( (approx. 40 sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. In the village there is the South Tyrolean bakery house with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon

Wir liegen auf einem Hochplatto mit extrem schöner Weihtsicht. 555 müNN In absoluter Einzellage keine Durchfahrtstraße. Hier ist so zu sagen die Straße zu ende. Viele Wanderwege direkt am Haus . Dazu viele Ausflugsziele in der nähe . Dazu gehören Fort Fun , Panoramapark, Hennesee 10min , Möhnesee ca 45min, Sorpesee ca 30min,Gleitschirm und Drachenfliegen fast am Haus. Genießen Sie einfach die Zeit in der gemütlichen 100 qm Wohnung, bestaunen Sie das Panorama vom großen Balkon aus mit fantastischer Sicht auf die Bruchhauser Steine. Skigebiete befinden sich in den Nachbarorten: Willingen oder Winterberg.
