Wood is available for the wood stove. The property is 100% fenced. There is a 500-meter walk to Roskildefjord and 5 minutes by car to good shopping opportunities. Huset har egen indgang, terrasse, parkeringsplads og er ugenert fra resten af ejendommen. Der er 2 cykler til rådighed. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år. Der er en trappe midt i boligen hvor børn kan komme alvorligt til skade hvis de falder ned.
