The house contains a kitchen-dining kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and 3 rooms with 6 beds (2 single beds, 2 double beds, 140 cm and 160 cm respectively) and a bathroom with shower. Terrace with evening sun/sunset. 1500 m to the grocery store. 2 km to the harbor. Cleaning is included. Bedding and towels are not included but can be rented for DKK 250

If you are looking for a romantic stay, or a very special experience with the family, this is the place. You can completely unwind in peace and quiet, enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord while the fire warms you. You have your own bathing bridge, the forest in your backyard, good sandy bottom and fine bathing conditions. The area is peaceful, with a very rich wildlife. Borrow our rowboat for a sailing trip, or if you want to go fishing in the fjord. Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

Cottage in the first row, sauna and private beach

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Cozy and central apartment with its own outdoor area.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Welcome to Strandlysthuse 75 – an exclusive and intimate cottage with direct access to nature's most beautiful scenery and the calm waters of Kerteminde Fjord. This sublime cottage is created for you, who will experience luxury and tranquility in full harmony. The cottage was completely renovated in the summer of 2023. There are windows from floor to ceiling, so there will always be a good light. Summer evenings on the covered terrace are a must. The cottage contains exclusive furniture from the Swan Kitchen.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Svendborg - A very special oasis.

Nice home with room for two adults, central location in the middle of Svendborg. Bright and modern apartment. With a 10-minute walk to the train/bus station and ferries. Shopping nearby. The home has a nice location in a peaceful area and with a nice backyard with small beautiful terraces and cozy corners for free use. A lovely garden with apple and flowering trees, herb garden where the guest can also enjoy a piece of fruit or herbs, or to get a little shade.

Gæstehuset er med eget badeværelse og køkken. Der er egen indgang og parkering. Passer godt til en overnatning eller to, når man er på farten. Ikke et sommerhus. Lejer kan tjekke ind uden vært. The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
