Waterfront property with a 30' dock. This cottage has Oneida Lake in the backyard! Beautiful lake view, perfect for fishing year round or just relaxing. A rowboat is available for guest use. Two smart TVs and Wi-Fi are included. Off-street parking in front of the house. A deck overlooks the lake in the back of the house along with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a picnic table in the backyard. It is 20 minutes to downtown Syracuse via Rt 81.
