What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Lauren and I had an incredible stay at the White House in Bovina. The space is perfect: ultra-minimal, primitive, austere in the best way. It’s beautifully considered but never overbearing, leaving room for your own rhythm, thoughts, and moments to unfold. It feels like a space that trusts its guests. What really makes this place special, though, is knowing who’s behind it. Sohail and Sara aren’t just hosting this home. They’re raising two young kids, running the incredible Brushland Eating House across the street, and somehow still infusing everything they do with calm, care, and intention. It’s genuinely inspiring. You can feel the integrity in every detail. We left feeling restored and grateful. Can’t wait to return.

We have been looking forward to our stay at this cabin for weeks. We needed to unplug and we got just that. It was a rainy weekend but that made the area more magical. The house is so beautiful , loved the nice art sprinkled all over the house including a lovely picture of the waterfalls behind the property which can be heard from the house! everything was clean and very homie! and we got a ton of suggestions for things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Dave's property was the perfect choice for our overnight trip to Cooperstown with another couple. Located on a quiet country road, it's only a couple of miles to the Hall of Fame in one direction and Ommegang Brewery in the other. The house was spotless and very comfortable, and has been totally updated with everything one needs. Highly recommend!

I came to Mary’s Airbnb for my birthday with a few friends and we had an awesome time. The Airbnb was really well appointed with everything you could need. Mary had thoughtful touches all throughout the home. The location is amazing and we loved playing in the river and having a fire. We would love to come again! It was one of the best airbnbs we’d stayed in.

Beautiful and peaceful little place in the woods, away from main roads and noise. The sauna and hot tub were definitely a plus! WiFi isn’t great, so I don’t recommend this for anyone who NEEDS it, but it’s great if you’re trying to unplug. I loved how responsive Mary was and would definitely go back for another stay!

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was spotless, cozy, and located in a great area. The host went above and beyond — always in touch, helpful, and kind. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay if you are looking to visit Cooperstown. The house is very clean, roomy, and well maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Cooperstown is just a short 15 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would absolutely stay again!

We had a great time in this beautiful farmhouse! The kitchen was perfect for us to host a big dinner. We loved the rooms, the beautiful decor, and had a great time shopping in the village. It was unfortunately too cold for the pool but we loved having dinner on the patio. Would definitely go back for another girls trip!

Cassandra is an excellent host - home was great for what we needed for our Cooperstown tournament. Greet location to the park, excellent restaurants close by, and anything that popped up, she was responsive and quick to resolve. Would absolutely recommend this place and host!

We had a great time at the dome! Very peaceful and quiet. This dome was obviously saged or blessed by the pope himself because the vibes were immaculate. Felt like we were living inside a beautiful interior design Pinterest post. Cody was a great host and his Catskills guidebook was very helpful.

We loved our stay at Debby's Mountain Top Hide-a-Way. It was so private, quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable! There is a clean fenced in yard! Thank you Debby we will be back!

Absolutely amazing stay. Adorable goats and chickens. Troy was an amazing host too! We tried nearly all of his recommendations and couldn’t be more happy with all the restaurants and cute shops we visited. Highly recommend staying here with Troy and Aki.

The space was spotlessly clean and comfortable. This was super convenient to the Oneonta campus. We appreciated the coffee machine as we had to hit the road early that morning. The place was super clean and tidy, and very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown. Very responsive and friendly host made check in and out easy!

Nestled in a little community it was very quiet and unfortunately we got rain so we weren’t able to sit out and look at the beautiful field of green outback… In fact, all the landscaping was so well done. The house is cute, perfect for a couple! Easy peasy access and so nice to be able to have our dog with us!

Our stay was great! My dog and I very much enjoyed the house, and the surrounding area. Mat was easy to communicate with, and very helpful. The wifi was great, and I had no issues working from there. The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but nothing's perfect, right? Overall, a great house, great host, and a very enjoyable stay that I would love to repeat in the future, and that I would certainly recommend to others.

We visit Oneonta once or twice a year, often staying at a hotel. I am certain if we did that again, it would be a forgettable weekend. This place made our stay utterly unforgettable. A calm, peaceful cabin on a lovely piece of land on the mountain, just 10 minutes from town. We will never forget our stay at cabin #2 at My Friend's Place.
